Cara has been cheerleading and dancing for fifteen years, competing on local, regional and national levels.  She is a former Newington High School, Connecticut Spirit All Star and Central Connecticut State University cheerleader, holding NECA All-American, and many national titles.  Cara is a Connecticut state certified coach, and was on the coaching staff at Newington High School for two years, and was CCSU's Assistant Coach for the 07-08 season. She has judged and choreographed for Pop Warner, high school, and college teams.  Cara is currently attending CCSU, finishing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Molly is a graduate of CCSU with a Bachelors degree in Psychology, and Masters Degree in Counseling. Molly is currently the Assistant Director of Compliance and Student Athlete Services since 2001. She has two children, Max and Cal.
